Purchasing the KEPOH (VVVIP) ticket through official KKTIX entitles you to register for a personal 1:1 photo session. With only 50 spots available, registration is on a first-come, first-served basis at the designated website within the specified period. 福利活動將於演出前或演出後進行，請購票者留意主辦單位未來於社交平台有關活動的公布。
Benefit activities will be held before or after the show. Ticket holders are advised to pay attention to the announcements by the organizer on social media.

• 成功購買 KEPOH - VVVIP 門票之人士，將於購票後經電郵收到 (或可於KKTIX網站「我的票券」頁面查看) 福利換領用之「專屬密碼」及相關換領網址。
  You will receive an exclusive password and the link for redeeming the benefits upon successful purchase of a KEPOH - VVVIP ticket. The exclusive password can be viewed via your email inbox and via "My Ticket" page on the KKTIX website.
   
• 您的專屬密碼只可以兌換列表上對應有關票種的福利，及只可使用一次：

  You can only redeem the corresponding benefits shown on the above table with your exclusive password, and can be used once only:

• 每個福利須收取 HK$12 平台服務費。
  An additional booking fee of HK$12 will be charged for each benefit.
  
  
• 福利數量有限，換領機制為先到先得，詳細步驟請參閱福利換領網站。
  Fan benefits are limited in amount and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. For detailed procedures, please visit the redemption website.
  
  
• 每張 KEPOH - VVVIP 門票均會有一組獨立的專屬密碼。如閣下購買的是多張門票，則會收到同等數量的專屬密碼。請分發有關密碼予您的同行者使用。
  An exclusive password is allocated to each KEPOH - VVVIP ticket. If you purchase multiple tickets, you will receive the same number of exclusive passwords. Please distribute the passwords to your fellow attendees.
  
  
• 每個專屬密碼最多僅可兌換一次，並須完全輸入正確。
  Each exclusive password can be used once only and must be entered correctly.
  
  
• 有關福利換領安排，主辦單位將保留最終決定權。
  The organizer reserves the rights for final decision to fan benefits redemption.

專屬密碼查詢方法 How To Find My Password

1. 登入 KKTIX 網站後按「我的票券」
   Login to KKTIX website and go to "My Ticket"
    
2. 到「票券資料」查詢每張電子門票之獨立「專屬密碼」
   Check "Ticket Details" for the corresponding "exclusive password" of each ticket

請以「我的票券」內所顯示的「專屬密碼」為準。
Please refer to your own "exclusive password" found on your "My Ticket" page.

福利換領步驟 Redemption Procedures

1. 於換領時間前登入KKTIX帳號。
   Login to KKTIX before the redemption period begins.
    
2. 到訪此福利換領網頁。
   Visit this redemption website.
    
3. 選擇想換領之福利，並輸入「專屬密碼」。
   Choose the desired benefit and fill in your "exclusive password".
    
4. 換領時須選擇與票價相符的福利。
   You can only choose the benefits corresponding to your ticket price.

換領方式說明 How To Redeem

1. 成功換領票券後，閣下可隨時在 KKTIX App 或 KKTIX 網站查看到電子票 QR Code。您可以前往 App Store／Google Play 下載 KKTIX App，換領福利時以手提電話出示 QR Code。
   E-tickets can be viewed on the KKTIX App and KKTIX website upon successful redemption. You can download the KKTIX App on the App Store／Google Play to display your QR code for redemption.
2. 福利票券限以 KKTIX 會員換領。請購票人士先免費加入成會員並盡早通過電子郵件地址驗證，以便進行換領流程。
   To redeem benefits, you must become a KKTIX member. Please sign up as a member for free and verify your email address at your earliest convenience.
3. 每個專屬密碼僅可兌換一次。
   Each exclusive password can be used once only.
4. 系統發出之 QR Code 電子票券為正式的福利換領票券，每個 QR Code 限一人使用，並只可換領一個福利。
   The QR code e-ticket generated is the ticket for fan benefits redemption. One QR code can only be used by one person and only be used once.
5. 訂單一旦成立，恕不接受更改、取消、退回或退款。
   No modifications, cancellations, returns or refunds will be accepted once the order is established.
6. 每個福利須收取 HK$12 平台服務費。所有已繳付的平台服務費或任何手續費於任何情況下均不獲退還。
   An additional booking fee of HK$12 will be charged for each benefit. All booking fees or any other handling fees charged will not be refunded under any circumstances.
7. 本活動只接受 VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay 信用卡付款。
   This event only accepts VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay credit cards.
8. 每個訂單成立後會向您發出「訂單成立通知」電郵。「訂單成立通知」電郵可能因其他因素未能寄到您的電子郵箱，因此僅作交易通知之用。沒收到「訂單成立通知」電郵不代表交易沒有成功。一旦無法確認訂單是否交易成功，請前往會員帳戶的「訂單」查詢您的消費資料。只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的資訊；若查不到您所訂購的資訊，即表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。
   An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon each sucessful purchase. The email could be undelievered to your email system due to various reasons. The email is for notification purpose only. Not being able to receive the confirmation email does not mean your transaction failed. You can visit “Your Billing List” to view the details of your orders. If you cannot view the related order, that means your transaction failed. Please try ordering again.
9. KKTIX 系統沒有固定的清票時間，只要消費者沒有於期限內完成付款，未付款的門票就會陸續釋放出來，消費者可隨時留意網頁是否有釋出可購買的門票。
   KKTIX will release the tickets from the uncompleted orders accordingly. For customers who do not finish the process within the time limit, their order will be cancelled and the tickets will be released. Customers can check the availability of tickets by visiting our website.

注意事項 Terms & Conditions

1. 購票前請詳閱注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意所有注意事項。
   Please pay attention to all terms and conditions. You are deemed to agree to all terms and conditions if you complete your order.
2. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非 KKTIX 正式授權售票之渠路、網站購票，除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及 KKTIX 概不負責。
   To protect your rights and interests, please do not purchase tickets through any unofficial ticketing platforms or channels that are not authorized by KKTIX. Fraud and disputes may occur during the transaction. Meanwhile, the organizer and KKTIX will not be responsible for any admission issues or other problems caused by the tickets from unauthorized ticketing platforms.
3. 已售出門票恕不接受任何退票、退款。
   No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted once the ticket is sold.
4. 不論年齡，一人一票、憑票入場。如遇門票遺失或損毀，恕不補發。請務必妥善保管好購買之門票。
   Each ticket admits one person only regardless of age. No reissue of any ticket lost or damaged. Please keep your ticket safe.
5. 請勿將票券 QR Code 任意公開或提供給第三人，以防遭人冒領使用。
   Please do not publicize the QR Code on your ticket to avoid any unauthorized use.
6. 此活動的電子門票轉讓功能將於 2026年9月28日 下午6時起 提供。
   The e-ticket transfer function for this event will be available from 6:00PM on 28 September 2026.
7. 持票者須使用 KKTIX 應用程式出示福利票券。入場前請確保手提電話已連接網絡，以便開啟應用程式內的票券。KKTIX 福利票券僅限持指定票價之入場門票人士使用。
   Ticket holders are required to present their e-ticket in the KKTIX App for benefits redemption. Mobile devices should be connected to the internet prior to the admission for accessing the ticket in the app. KKTIX fan benefit tickets are for the holders of specified priced entry ticket only.
8. 如發現購買門票時有任何不尋常的紀錄、炒賣、不正當方式購票 (如使用自動購票工具、惡意軟件或外掛程式)、購買超出限制的票數、或任何涉及違法的行為，KKTIX 有權取消其入場資格並保留一切法律追究的權利。所有已支付的門票費用，包括手續費及行政費均不會退還。如有任何爭議，KKTIX 保留拒絕或取消任何交易的最終決定權。
   If any unusual transactions, ticket scalping (e.g. use of automatic tools, macro programmes, malicious softwares or unauthorized browser extensions), purchase of exceeded amount of ticket, illegal acts or speculation is found, KKTIX has the right to cancel their qualifications of entry and reserves the right to take legal actions. All ticket fees paid, including booking and handling fees, will not be refunded. In case of any dispute, KKTIX reserves the right to reject or cancel any transaction.
9. 主辦單位將於演出前公布粉絲福利活動細節，合資格持票人須自行留意公告並準時到場出席。遲到者將被視作放棄參與並會被禁止進場。
   Details for fan benefits activities will be announced by the organizer before the event. Eligible ticket holders shall pay attention to the announcements and attend on time. Late-comers will be regarded as forsaking the opportunity and will be rejected for entry.
10. 主辦單位保留隨時變更、終止活動、增減演出者之權利。
    The organizer reserves the rights to modify, terminate the event, add or remove performers at any time if necessary.
11. 如有任何爭議，主辦單位及 KKTIX 保留一切最終決定權。
    In case of any disputes, the decisions of the organizer and KKTIX shall be final.
